Where will my order be shipped from?
Your order will be shipped as an insured package from Germany.
How long will it take to process my order?
The processing time is usually 1–2 business days after receipt of your order. If possible, we will ship your order on the same day.
Which shipping provider is used?
Shipping is insured via DHL including shipment tracking.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery country. For more information, please visit our shipping page .
From what order value is shipping free?
Shipping is free for orders over €100. Orders with free shipping are always sent via standard shipping.

How will I know that my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and all the details. This way, you can keep track of the status and estimated arrival of your delivery at any time.
Where can I find my order number?
You can find your order number in the order confirmation and the shipping confirmation that we will send you by email.
I haven't received an order or shipping confirmation – what should I do?
- Please check your spam folder.
- Please make sure you have used the correct email address.
- If your address is incorrect, please contact us at support@ocnthelabel.com . We will gladly change it for you.
My piece of jewelry is faulty – what should I do?
We are sorry that your piece of jewelry is damaged or defective.
Please send a photo or video of the defect along with your order number to support@ocnthelabel.com .
I received the wrong item – what should I do?
We are sorry that the wrong item was delivered.
Please send the following photos along with your order number to support@ocnthelabel.com :
- The received item
- The delivery note (with the originally ordered product)
One item is missing from my order – what should I do?
- Check the foam: Some parts are hidden in the foam compartments.
- The item is indeed missing: Have you checked all subjects and the item is still not found?
Please send a photo of the package, the delivery note and the contents to support@ocnthelabel.com , we will take care of it quickly.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation , please contact us immediately at support@ocnthelabel.com and provide your order number.
We will do our best to process your request before shipping, but we cannot guarantee this.

- If the payment still does not work, please send a screenshot of the error message to support@ocnthelabel.com .
How do I enter a discount code?
Discount codes can be entered directly at checkout.
RETURN
Return process
- Items can be returned within 15 days of delivery , provided they meet our return criteria.
- To initiate a return, please download the return form from our returns page , email it to support@ocnthelabel.com and include a printed copy.
- To be eligible for a return, the items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original condition , including all packaging (jewelry box, cartons, cards).
- Returns must be made from the same country to which the order was delivered.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a trackable return shipping method to avoid loss or damage. O.CN The Label accepts no liability for lost shipments.
- Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 5–15 business days to the original payment method. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
