A return is possible provided that:

• the jewelry is unworn and undamaged,
  
• the item is in its original condition,
  
• all packaging is complete (including jewelry box, cartons and all cards),
  
• Returns must be sent from the same country to which they were delivered.
  

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email notification. After your return has been accepted, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 15 business days , depending on the payment provider.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend sending returns with tracking to ensure safe delivery. O.CN The Label is not liable for lost shipments. Please retain the tracking number until your return has been confirmed.
